If you would like to spend 14 years in jail just carry a laser pointer without a permit. I can't make this stuff up. Did I mention that this was in Australia? The land down under has lost it.

They serve no useful purpose and tend to get used to shine at planes, people's retinas, and other harmful things. Want a cat toy, buy a feather.
