Yes that is a frost on those trees! It was snowing when we started hiking but turned out to be a wonderful day.

Kellie and I went grocery shopping today and bought a pumpkin, she carved it up and I burnt the seeds.

Free beer.
So four of us are sitting at the bar last night hippie music in the backround and a man pops up behind us and asks if he can buy us a round of drinks, of course we oblige and then he tells us that he is and I quote ,"I am paying to listen to the band tonight."
So we were served our 4 glasses of shut the hell up and that we did....apparently we were not in a talk bar....
At least kit wasn't with us to say something stupid like and I quote, "easy son it's just music."
I know when to shut up and drink a free beer.

Dog Bar.
Well I call it dog bar they call it Kinfolks, it's an awesome little bar/gear shop in Manitou Springs at the base of Pikes Peak. It's true you can bring your dog as well, really I'm serious people have their dogs with them just wandering around the bar. My dog is too much of an a-hole to go yet but were working on that.
So we are off to Kinfolks tonight to see The Haunted Windchimes play, very folk hippie type band should be a good time.
